This stone is beautiful. I was at the stroudsburg yard this past weekend and they said this is no longer available. I see New seaweed green listed #328. Is this the same? Thank you. |

Julia: Yes. I would try to pick a warm version of Ubatuba. Something with more gold and brown. |

I have maple cabinets with a cherry glaze and am trying to pick a countertop. The backsplash is very similar to the one pictured here. Would ubatuba look good? What other suggestions would you have? |

Susan Tisdale: We can't really help you much. Ask around your local stone suppliers and fabricators. Seaweed Green isn't really exotic, so you should be able to find it. |

I absolutely love the granite called Seaweed Green. I'm in the process of remodeling my kitchen countertops with granite. Could you please let me know if it is possible for me to get the Seaweed Green close to my area. I live in South Louisiana near New Orleans. |

Mary: It's a good combination. You might want to try the Stone Selection Tool to help you visualize it. |

I selected Giallo Vaneziano with briarwood cherry cabinets. I tried to search online to see what that would look like. The slab we saw looks more pink than the sample we saw. Do you have any idea how the countertops will match the cabinets and where I could see a picture of what to expect? |

anna:
Giallo Veneziano is a very good option with cherry paprika cabinets. |

Would tropic tan, giallo veneziano, or another color granite go well with cherry paprika cabinets? |

There are a lot of granite colors that have some grey in them.. If you're not afraid of strong movement, consider Yellow River. |

Tabacco perhaps? It's not as agressive but still has similar tones. |

I'm afraid that will be too much red and too bold for me! Anything else that's a little more subtle? |
